hi everyone if someone know how to fix it and idk where to post it so i guessed here
my video card is...Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

hope can someone help me i want really bad play this and steam dont support so much just telling things like update drivers close programs do that and that and nothing work hope someone know what to do

Man I'm sorry to say but you really can't use Intel Graphic cards. The cheapest one and most effective one especially for dota 2 is a NVidia GeForce GTS 250 or 450.
