Honestly you can say something about "action RTS" similar to "MOBA"...StarCraft has "action" in it but it's not really in the same genre, is it?

I really think "DotA-like" is the best way to describe the genre.

But like I said, if you don't even know what is DotA, does "Defense of the Ancients-like game" make any sense to you at all?

Personally I hate the term "MOBA", I'm going to stick with ARTS. B)

It does now. It's not something you can identify with an abbreviation without having played it before. You can say MOBA or ARTS to someone that's never played anything close to it and they'd understand it as much as they would if you had called it DotA. Which is to say, not at all.
