So now lets say they come out with a new hero every two weeks add another $130 a year

So lets say they come out with a hero every week (and now that this system is in place you know they are going to come out with a new hero every week) This would cost $260 a year

So tell me how does a game go from costing $30 to costing $362-$492?

You're speaking of early-access, you don't have to pay for the hero to be able to play it; it'll release to the public after a while.

Haven't even logged into the game since 2.1... after playing that game like crazy since beta.
