Apparently, joinDOTA's Moose - one of the organizers of the first International confirms Seattle as this year's location for The International 2.

For once it is a bit weird to have it at the States when most of the teams in the first one were European and Asian but maybe it is a hint for a possible ValveCon?

It remains to be seen!

Yes, the plan is that the second International will be in Seattle.

In a way it would make sense for The International 2 to be the location of official release. The first one showcased the game to the world, the second one gives the game to the world.
