Because the majority got their beta keys this month. The uninvited people are the newbies(I mean newest people that have little knowledge about dota 2)

i knew this would be spammed right when i saw the topic... personally i have higher moral standards than to beg but i KNOW that there going to be releasing 3 more keys to anyone who got one earlier through invite from steam. and if you do want to donate to me, my steamid is: [FoG]Mr. Fedora (not begging)

I was just invited to the Dota 2 Beta!!!!!!! So happy right now, Im installing it now!!!!!! Im not sure If I got the 2 keys to invite friends, are they still doing that?

I just got a key myself but it doesn't appear that I was given any extras to give out. Has Valve stopped giving out extra keys to the invited players? None of my friends play Dota so I was just going to give them away but I don't think I received any.

Tbh I really want to give the key to my brother that has a birthday in like 7 days. I kinda don't want to buy him anything because I see this as a sincere gift. He's a fan of dota.

I believe on the application on the tournament page I said "I know nothing about DOTA at all and I've never played a game like it. But I am really interested to learn"

Same with my friend, he hasn't played DOTA a day in his life and he got a key. So, I don't understand Valve's pattern. Maybe they're looking for folks to teach with the coaching system.

I wish i have a key :C btw my friend did a dota 2 key giveway contest and they gave him a key but only one he thinks its a scam and the key isnt working... how can he test that the key is real??
