AimWars: Dota2 betakey contest

Postby Ezanal » 24 Nov 2011, 14:53

So im making a tournament using the warcraft 3 custom map: "AimWars",
Spoiler for STH about AimWars:
For who havent heard about it, it is a custom warcraft 3 map, which is an arena battle, using spells only. You can read about it here

i have an extra Dota2 Beta Key with 2 gifts, and i would like to give it away by a tournament !

So the Tournament will be:

-On RGC platform, using host-bot.
-Team playing, Each team must contain 3 players, so it will be 3v3 tournament.
-Only one winner, so the Beta key will be given to the captain of the team, and he can send the gifts to his partners.

If you'd like to register please leave your:

-Team Name.
-RGC name for each team member (highlighting the captain).
-Time zone.
-At what hours do you have free time.
-Steam name for each team member (highlighting the captain).
-Members and their details

Rules:
-The tournament will take place in RGC Platform, using Host Bot.
-Using AimWarsV1.9. (Latest)
-The gameplay mode will be: Destroy The Magic | Free-Picking.
-8 teams at max. (depends on the registering amount)

-First team receives a Dota2 key with 2 gifts for all teamplayers.
-The second and third teams will play one last battle using FFA mode, and the top 2 killers will receive the DotA 2 gifts.

-Any bug that happens with no high effects WILL NOT change the result. (Visual glitches for example)
-Any bug that happens with high effects WILL lead the observer to remake the game. (GamePlay major bugs if possible)

-The observer has the rights to decide to remake the game if a player disconnects.

-Any player that does not show up after 15 minutes of the match time will lead the whole team to get disqualified.
-Talking in "all" chat with the enemy team is not allowed, and will lead the whole team to get disqualified.
-Any type of abusing (Lagging on purpose for example) is not allowed and will lead the whole team to get disqualified.
-Maphacking tools or programs are not allowed, and that will lead the whole team to get disqualified.

Date:
**As soon as the teams register**

If you have any questions please leave them here or PM me or PM Sven2k

Hurry up and go practice on 1.9b NOW (Just Released)

@above: It is a hero arena battle custom map, using an amount of spells only, no normal attacking...You select your hero, and challenge other ppl to see who is the fast one on spells-casting

plz check the spoiler above...and give it a try ;)

Well the Tournament subforum is for Dota 2 tournaments only, so I'm moving this to Random Stuff.

Good luck with the tournament! :)
