Just caught this update on Wyk's Facebook Page. Over 200 beta keys have been given out to Hero Guide Contributors on PlayDotA over the past few years.

Dear Users,

We, the PlayDotA Staff, are pleased to inform you all that all DotA Hero Guide authors who have actively contributed quality content to the community over the course of so many years have all been rewarded with an invitation to try out the Dota 2 Beta.

We have given all authors with guides of rating of 7.0 and above a key, and all "Spotlighted" authors credited with 2 keys each.

It is because of effort from the likes of you that the DotA community has grown to such great heights and we are hoping to see some really active contribution from you all and many more out there even for Dota 2.

Those are srsly well deserved keys. Writing a good guide isn't easy. For example this guide was written in ~80 hours o.O

Dam yes. But, see invoker is the hardest hero for me to play in dota. I could never manage to play him. But, hey thanks for that guide

He just doesnt want alot of PM's. But, i think he just gave them more to his friends if he got any. I dont know why i havent made any guides. I think i was just to lazy to write so much.
