FnaticMSI takes 4GL in as a new DotA 2 squad to represent us at DreamHack Winter.
Being a world leader in the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena genre, FnaticMSI is proud to announce the addition of a world class DotA 2 team to the family.
After taking a third place and $4,000 in prizemoney at ESWC 2011, the Serbian 4GL-side will now become FnaticMSI.DotA2 and represent the Black and Orange colours in the upcoming DreamHack Winter DotA 2 tournament, as well as the €10,000 online tournament "The Defense".
FnaticMSI's General Manager, Danijel 'StreeT' Remus, is excited to welcome the new team.It's our first time picking up a squad from Balkan and we are looking forward to prosperous cooperation. DotA 2 is developing fast and and our organization want to be on top of this great game in every tournament ahead. With recent results this very talented team attracted our attention and negotiation process went quickly and smooth. I would like to thank to our sponsors, MSI, SteelSeries, Eizo, Gunnar Optiks and RaidCall for their support as that enables us to expand and enlarge our family.
We also caught up with the new FnaticMSI player Andreja 'ANdre' Mahovic who had the following to say.Speaking on behalf of my whole team, I want to say that we are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with one of the best e-Sports organizations there is. Ever since the DotA 2 closed beta started, we have been practicing really hard in order to improve and be one of the best teams. With FnaticMSI, I think that this way to the top will be much easier for us, and I am happy to see that my team is finally able to commit 100% of focus to practicing and training. I want to thank the FnaticMSI staff for giving us the opportunity to do so, as well as to our new sponsors MSI, SteelSeries, Eizo, Gunnar Optiks and RaidCall.
